Job summary

Lyten, Inc. is seeking a Field Application and Commissioning Engineer (BESS, Energy Storage) in Gdańsk, Poland. The role is highly mobile, field‑oriented, and requires hands‑on commissioning, service, and rework of Lyten products at customer sites and the company workshop.

You will travel extensively, perform diagnostics, and support repairs while maintaining records and ensuring safety. Strong English, technical know‑how, and a customer‑first mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer technical support.
• Experience working with high‑voltage power electronics products.
• Strong communication and customer service mindset.
• Confident, patient, and diplomatic in challenging situations.
• Valid electrical permissions (SEP E).
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform service, commissioning, and rework of Lyten products at customer sites and at the Lyten facility in Gdańsk.
• Prepare and maintain detailed site observations, testing procedures, and checklists.
• Conduct risk assessments and prepare service reports for all activities.
• Update and organize customer service logs and documentation.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and propose corrective actions.
• Interact with customers to resolve technical problems and ensure proper follow‑up.
• Analyze findings to determine the best solution and maintain a strong Health & Safety culture.
• Train customers on operation and maintenance of Lyten products.
