Job summary

Lyten Poland is expanding its Battery Energy Storage Systems operations. We seek a Middle/Senior System Integration Engineer to lead integration, validation and commissioning of BESS projects, ensuring performance, safety, and regulatory compliance across engineering, software, and field teams.

You will drive projects from concept to commissioning, collaborate with product, sales, and field teams, read schematics and firmware, and develop test plans for factory and site acceptance.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of engineering experience in large‑scale energy storage or power systems.
• Proven track record integrating and commissioning battery-based storage solutions.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and control-system logic.
• Proficiency to analyze firmware and configuration files to verify BMS and cloud interfaces meet requirements.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integration, validation, and commissioning of BESS projects from concept to site acceptance.
• Serve as the technical bridge between product teams and end-users; collaborate with sales, hardware, software and field teams.
• Develop commissioning test plans and provide status updates to stakeholders.
