Job summary

Eenovance is hiring a Technical Support Manager - BESS Energy Storage in Poland. You will be the local technical owner for BESS projects, leading on-site commissioning, installation supervision, and after-sales troubleshooting across Poland.

You will deliver operation training, prepare service reports, and coordinate with the global tech team to address field issues. Fluency in English and Polish is required, with a driving license and readiness to travel.

Qualifications

• Polish speaker and based in Poland.
• Fluent business English required.
• Background in electrical, automation or renewable energy.
• Hands-on experience with inverters, PV or energy storage commissioning & service.
• Category B driving license and willingness to travel across Poland and nearby countries.
• Strong safety awareness and familiarity with local electrical standards.

Responsibilities

• On-site commissioning and installation supervision for BESS projects.
• Provide operation and safety training to customers and partners.
• Troubleshoot on-site and remotely; log issues and feed back to global tech team.
