Lyten Poland is seeking a skilled Field Application and Commissioning Engineer (BESS, Energy Storage) to support commissioning, service, and rework activities for Lyten's advanced products. This role is highly mobile, hands-on, and essential to ensuring reliable performance of Lyten systems at customer sites worldwide.

Based in Gdańsk when not traveling, you will perform corrective and preventive maintenance, repairs, and remote diagnostics from the Service Workshop, with travel up to 50-70% and

Qualifikationen

• Experience in customer technical support.
• Experience with high-voltage power electronics products.
• Strong communication and customer-service mindset.
• Knowledge of battery systems (software and hardware).
• Valid electrical permissions (SEP E).
• Valid driver's license.

Aufgaben

• Perform service, commissioning, and rework of Lyten products at customer sites and at the Lyten facility in Gdańsk.
• Prepare and maintain detailed records of site observations, testing procedures, and checklists.
• Conduct risk assessments and prepare service reports for all service and rework activities.
• Update and organize customer service logs and documentation.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and propose effective corrective actions.
• Interact directly with customers to resolve technical problems and ensure proper follow-up.
• Analyze and review findings to determine the best solution.
• Maintain and promote a strong Health & Safety culture.
• Train customers on the operation and maintenance of Lyten products.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the manager as business needs evolve.
