Zusammenfassung

HyperStrong is a leading global provider of Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) solutions, seeking Commissioning Engineers to join our Service Team in Poland. You will support commissioning, testing and start-up of BESS projects across Poland and Europe, collaborating with customers, EPC contractors, suppliers and internal engineering teams.

Responsibilities include on-site installation, commissioning, testing, PLC/SCADA testing, troubleshooting and record preparation.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Power Electronics, Energy, Power Systems, Mechatronics or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience welcome.
• Good understanding of electrical systems and basic electrical drawings.
• Polish native or professional working proficiency.
• Professional English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work on-site across Europe.
• Valid EU Category B driving licence.

Aufgaben

• Conduct electrical, functional, communication and signal testing.

• Provide technical support and basic customer training when required.
• Ensure compliance with project safety and quality requirements.

As we continue to expand our European operations, we are looking for motivated Commissioning Engineers to join our growing Service Team in Poland.

About the Role

You will support the commissioning, testing and start-up of BESS projects across Poland and Europe, working closely with customers, EPC contractors, suppliers and internal engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and support on-site installation, commissioning, testing and start-up of BESS projects.
• Commission and test PCS, BMS, EMS, PLC and SCADA systems.
• Conduct electrical, functional, communication and signal testing.
• Support troubleshooting, fault diagnosis and technical problem solving.
• Work closely with customers, EPC contractors, suppliers and internal project teams.
• Prepare commissioning records, test reports and service documentation.
• Provide technical support and basic customer training when required.

• Travel regularly to project sites across Poland and Europe.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Power Electronics, Energy, Power Systems, Mechatronics or a related field.
• Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience are welcome.
• Good understanding of electrical systems and basic electrical drawings.
• Polish native or professional working proficiency.
• Professional English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work on-site across Europe.
• Valid EU Category B driving licence.
• Strong problem-solving skills, hands‑on attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred:

• Experience or internship in BESS, renewable energy, power systems, electrical equipment or automation.
• Knowledge of PCS, BMS, EMS, PLC, SCADA, Modbus, CAN or TCP/IP.
• Previous experience with commissioning, testing or field service is a plus.
