Job summary

CENTOGENE GmbH is seeking a field-basedSales Executive to drive new business and manage key accounts across multiple Polish regions. You will present genetic testing services, tailor proposals, and lead the sales cycle from initial contact to agreement.

You will build relationships with physicians, hospitals, and labs, travel frequently, and maintain CRM records while achieving sales targets. Fluency in English and a life sciences background are preferred.

Qualifications

• University degree in biology, biotechnology, genetics, medicine, pharmacy or related field.
• Basic knowledge of genetic testing and its clinical use.
• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles in medical/diagnostic/pharma sectors.
• Ability to build relationships with physicians.
• Self-motivated, organized and target-driven.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the territory.
• Valid category B driving licence.
• English sufficient for international communication.
• Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers across hospitals, clinics, and laboratories.
• Present genetic testing portfolios and tailor offerings to institutions.
• Manage end-to-end sales process, including negotiations and tenders.
• Maintain regular visits, expand cooperation, and ensure high service quality.
• Represent CENTOGENE at conferences and build relationships with key opinion leaders.
• Plan visits and routes, record activities in CRM, and report sales results.
