Job summary

Roche Diagnostics Poland is seeking a Sales Enabling Lead to drive the commercial strategy and build a high-performing sales organization across Poland and SECE. You will co-create umbrella sales strategies, align budgets, and partner with Marketing, Medical, and Professional Services to deliver ambitious targets.

The role requires 10+ years in healthcare sales, strong leadership, and fluency in Polish and English.

Qualifications

• Education: Completed relevant University degree (Life Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or related).
• Experience: Minimum 10+ years of progressive commercial experience in Healthcare sales.
• People Management: At least 5 years of direct people management experience, including coaching and leading other leaders.
• Languages: Proficient / Fluent in Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sales Teams & Network Leads across Poland and SECE.
• Co-create and implement umbrella sales strategy and integrated commercial plan.
• Define sales goals, budgets, and monitor regional market dynamics.
• Hold responsibility for Key Customers, KOLs, VIPs, and decision-makers.
• Lead price and contract negotiations and guide product/service development.
