Job summary

BioLegend, Inc. seeks an Informatics Lead Development Representative to generate leads and support the regional sales team in Krakow. You will plan outbound calls and emails to targeted prospects, qualifying leads for the Marketing team and aligning activities with sales objectives.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, 1–2 years in telemarketing (life sciences a plus), and proficiency in English and German, with Nordic language skills a plus. Remote work options may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in a life science discipline.
• 1-2 years in a successful telemarketing role; experience in a life science market place a plus.
• Knowledge of English and German (knowledge of additional Nordic languages will be an asset).

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct outbound calling and/or correspondence to targeted prospects and clients, and qualify leads generated by Marketing.
• Position partners closely with the regional sales team to drive business in the region.
• Execute outreach strategy to penetrate defined accounts and meet business objectives.
• Document and track all leads, contacts, and activity history in Salesforce.com.
• Conduct planning and research using a variety of databases and industry tools.
• Collaborate with the regional sales team on tactics to meet objectives.
• Articulate technical information clearly in a professional sales environment.
