Job summary

CENTOGENE is seeking a field-based Sales Specialist for Poland to drive adoption of genetic testing services across Silesia, Lower Silesia, Lesser Poland, Łódź and surrounding regions. The role combines home-based work within the territory with regular business travel to meet physicians, hospitals and laboratories.

You will identify and acquire new customers, tailor portfolio presentations to hospital needs, manage the full sales cycle, build brand awareness at conferences, and ensure high

Qualifications

• University degree in biology, biotechnology, genetics, medicine, pharmacy, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of genetic testing and clinical practice.
• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles, ideally in medical/diagnostic/pharma sectors.
• Ability to engage physicians and build professional relationships.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the territory and possess a valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers: medical specialists, hospitals, clinics, and laboratories.
• Present genetic testing portfolio and tailor it to each institution's needs.
• Manage sales process from first contact to signed agreement, including negotiations and tenders.
• Maintain regular visits with existing customers and expand cooperation across portfolio areas.
• Represent CENTOGENE at conferences and events; organize information meetings for physicians with marketing and experts.
