This is a 6-month fixed-term contract with a bonus on completion. You will build strong customer relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely delivery and accurate invoicing.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service with a strong focus on export operations.
• Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems within an order-to-cash environment.
• Experience working with export documentation for shipments outside of Europe.
• Previous experience handling export customer orders and deliveries.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage customers while handling multiple priorities.

Aufgaben

• Process customer orders through all stages, including returns and credits, accurately in the ERP system.
• Manage customer queries and communication with indirect customers across Europe and Export markets.
• Ensure export orders are dispatched with appropriate checks and export documentation for destination country.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure timely deliveries.
• Prioritize workload and manage time to meet deadlines and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Process customer invoices in line with procedures, ensuring fast and accurate turnaround.
• Support additional administrative tasks related to the order-to-cash cycle as assigned by the manager.
