Job summary

JLL in Kraków is seeking an Audio Visual Technician to keep our conference spaces running flawlessly, from everyday video calls to high‑stakes executive meetings.

You will deliver white‑glove AV support, troubleshoot platforms (Teams, Zoom, WebEx) and codecs (Crestron Flex, Polycom VTC), coordinate room setups, and maintain room standards. A proactive, client‑service mindset and calm presence under pressure are essential.

Qualifications

• Must quickly identify and localize technical issues.
• Strong knowledge of integrated AV systems and video conferencing.
• Professional presence when supporting senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver white-glove technical support for internal meetings and executive meetings.
• Anticipate AV issues and resolve client concerns quickly.
• Operate and troubleshoot video conferencing platforms (Teams, Zoom, WebEx) and codecs (Crestron Flex, Polycom VTC).
• Manage conference room booking system and assist clients with room changes.
• Coordinate room setups to exact specifications ahead of meetings.
• Maintain conference room standards including cleanliness and equipment condition.
• Perform proactive testing, calibration, maintenance, and firmware updates.
• Log escalated technical issues with IT and assist in light commissioning and programming.
