Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle in Kraków is seeking an Audio Visual Technical Manager to lead the technical heartbeat of our conference spaces and mentor a team of coordinators. You’ll be the trusted technical authority for clients and their customers, balancing hands-on troubleshooting with leadership to ensure flawless delivery across every meeting.

Responsibilities

• Act as the client-facing technical authority for meetings and events.
• Deliver white-glove technical support for internal, customer, and executive meetings.
• Anticipate AV issues and proactively resolve client concerns or needs.
• Oversee deployment and operation of Crestron Flex, Polycom VTC codecs, and other AV systems (MS Teams, Zoom, WebEx).
• Coordinate room setups, bookings, and conference room equipment calibration.

You’ll be the trusted technical authority for clients and their customers, balancing hands‑on troubleshooting with the oversight and mentorship a growing team needs. What You’ll Do

• Lead and line‑manage a team of AV coordinators, providing guidance, support, and day‑to‑day direction
• Act as the client‑facing technical authority, working closely with clients and their customers to ensure a seamless experience
• Deliver white‑glove technical support for internal, customer, and executive meetings
• Anticipate potential AV issues before they arise and proactively resolve client concerns or needs
• Provide technical expertise for the deployment and operation of Crestron Flex, Polycom VTC codec, and other integrated AV systems (MS Teams, Zoom, WebEx etc.)
• Oversee conference room booking systems and coordinate room setups to precise specifications (layout, airwalls, microphones, projection)
• Drive proactive maintenance, testing, calibration, and firmware/software updates across all conference room equipment
• Own escalation and resolution of technical issues, including coordination with IT and vendor partners
