Qualifications

• 4+ years experience as a Systems Administrator.
• Must work from Kraków office at least one day per week.
• Proven technical support experience with Apple and Windows computers.
• Capable of lifting 30+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to end-users and improve their overall experience.
• Maintain and troubleshoot IT and AV systems, including conference rooms.
• Collaborate with IT team and share feedback to improve processes and tools.
