ITEAMLY SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ in Kraków is seeking an Exchange Support Engineer to provide hands-on technical support for Microsoft 365 and Exchange environments, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and thorough documentation of issues and solutions.

You will analyze logs, collaborate with internal teams, and communicate with customers via phone and email, while maintaining high service quality and professional standards.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of experience in Technical Support.
• Experience with Microsoft Exchange / Exchange Online / Microsoft 365.
• Knowledge of MS SQL Server / SQL Database Administration.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Good customer-facing and communication skills.
• Willingness to work 5 days/week onsite in Kraków.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Microsoft 365 and Exchange environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Analyze logs and diagnose incidents.
• Communicate with customers via phone and email.
• Document issues, solutions and troubleshooting steps.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams and elevate complex cases when needed.
