Job summary

Braver IT S.A. is seeking a hands-on Technical Support specialist to provide expert assistance for Microsoft 365 and Exchange environments in Kraków. You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex incidents while maintaining clear communication with customers.

The role requires 1-3+ years in technical support, strong English skills, and the ability to work onsite five days a week. You’ll collaborate with an international team and gain exposure to advanced Microsoft technologies and hybrid

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of experience in Technical Support.
• Experience with Microsoft Exchange / Exchange Online / Microsoft 365.
• Knowledge of MS SQL Server / SQL Database Administration.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Good customer-facing and communication skills.
• Willingness to work 5 days/week onsite in Kraków.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Microsoft 365 and Exchange environments.

• Analyze logs and diagnose incidents.
• Communicate with customers via phone and email.
