Job summary

Braver IT S.A. in Kraków is seeking a Technical Support Specialist with 1+ year of experience in security-focused roles to join our Microsoft Security team.

You will troubleshoot across cloud, endpoint, server and network environments and assist with onboarding, deployment and configuration of security solutions. The ideal candidate has knowledge of Windows 10 Security Stack, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 Defender and Azure, strong troubleshooting skills, fluent English, and is willing to work

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Technical Support, Network Security or Systems Administration.
• Experience with at least 2 Microsoft Security technologies.
• Knowledge of Windows 10 Security Stack, NextGen AV and ASR.
• Experience with Active Directory.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Defender.
• Experience with Windows Server / Windows Client.
• 1+ year of cloud experience, preferably Azure.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Willingness to work onsite in Kraków (5 days/week).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Microsoft Security solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues across cloud, endpoint, server and network environments.
• Analyze logs and diagnose technical problems.
• Support onboarding, deployment and configuration of security solutions.
• Create technical documentation and troubleshooting guides.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams.
