Job summary

Eaton’s Mobility Group in Tczew, Poland is hiring a Test Engineer to validate and test electrified vehicle systems, PDUs, BDUs, and ePowertrain components. You will prepare test setups, collect data, and ensure procedures meet customer specs and ISO/IATF standards.

The role requires 1–3 years of testing experience, Polish and English proficiency, and hands-on skills with LabVIEW or Python. Join a diverse team in a full-time, on-site position in Poland.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Automation/Electrical Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Execute validation testing for electrified vehicle systems and components.
• Prepare test samples, instrumentation, fixtures, and laboratory equipment.
• Follow approved test procedures and customer requirements.
• Collect, analyze, and document test data and results.
• Support troubleshooting and maintenance of laboratory equipment and test benches.
• Assist in development and modification of test methods and automation systems.
• Create and maintain technical documentation including test reports and validation records.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and technicians to ensure project success.
• Comply with safety, quality, and IATF requirements.
