Job summary

BorgWarner in Poland is seeking an experienced engineer to assemble and run validation test setups for automotive electronic systems. You will build test racks, operate and maintain equipment, and ensure precise data collection while supporting continuous improvement.

The role requires hands-on electrical knowledge, adherence to safety standards, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable validation processes.

Qualifications

• Technical degree in Electrical/Electronic or mechatronics.
• At least 2 years in testing/validation in automotive or related industries.
• Experience with test equipment like climatic chamber, DMM, power supply, oscilloscopes.

Responsibilities

• Build and assemble validation test racks and associated equipment.
• Responsible for validation test setup and test execution.
• Utilize and maintain automated monitoring system to guarantee in specifications test execution as well as peripheral systems to operate Part under test (load racks, harnesses, chillers, HV racks…).
• Follow equipment calibration and preventive / reactive maintenance programs as laboratory representative.
• Apply and keep up-to-date all safety guidelines.
• Responsible for test raw data.
• Be involved in continuous improvement and maintenance of the validation test equipment.
