Job summary

Eaton's Mobility Group in Tczew, Poland is seeking a Senior Test Engineer to join the team for a full-time, fixed-term position. You will help define product validation, test methodologies, and test bench designs, coordinating lab tests and preparing reports to support development and validation activities.

You will collaborate with global engineering teams across continents to validate conventional powertrain and electrified vehicle systems, executing validation tests and improving benches,

Qualifications

• Master's degree required
• 4–7 years of experience in testing, validation, or engineering.

Responsibilities

• Define product validation requirements, test methodologies, and test bench designs.
• Coordinate laboratory tests and analyze results to support product development.
• Prepare technical reports for validation activities and collaborate with global teams.
• Execute validation testing for electrified and conventional vehicle systems and components.
