Job summary

BorgWarner in Poland is seeking a skilled Validation Engineer to lead validation activities for automotive power electronics test systems. You will oversee customer test requirements from design validation through production validation, analyze data, and deliver timely test reports while collaborating across global teams.

The role requires 4–5 years of testing/validation experience, proficiency with DMMs, oscilloscopes and lab equipment, and strong problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Mechatronics.
• 4–5 years of testing/validation experience in automotive or related industries.
• Experience with test equipment and data analysis.
• Fluent English; German/French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage validation processes from design to production validation.
• Coordinate test activities and ensure on-time test completion.
• Analyze requirements and generate test plans and reports.
• Collaborate across teams and support global operations.
• Create validation procedures and maintain test documentation.
