Job summary

AMS is seeking a Senior Recruiter with Italian to partner with hiring managers in a high-touch environment. You will lead end-to-end recruitment for senior and complex roles, guiding attraction strategies, candidate profiles, and timelines.

You will collaborate with client teams, manage offers, and support workforce planning. This role emphasizes stakeholder management, DEI considerations, and delivering a world-class candidate experience within a global workforce solutions provider.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and platforms.
• Proven ability to engage market candidates and build shortlists.
• Stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and influencing.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with quality.
• Experience with ATS/CRM and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end recruitment for senior and complex roles.
• Guide hiring managers on attraction strategies and timelines.
• Lead vacancy consultations and define role requirements.
• Narrow and review shortlists to meet quality expectations.
• Ensure strong candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
• Manage offers and negotiations with insight and judgment.
• Support workforce planning, talent pipelining and forecasting.
• Share best practices to uplift recruitment delivery.
