• Coach hiring managers on market realities and best-fit skills profiles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth candidate experience from interview to start date.
• Guide hiring managers through offer definition and approval, and close candidates.
• Proactively plan future demand with client resourcing leads to manage pipeline health.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment delivery and share insights with stakeholders.

The Role

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter with Germant who brings strong capability in end‑to‑end recruitment delivery and stakeholder partnership, and is motivated to contribute to real, measurable results. You’ll work closely with hiring managers within the engineering sector, shaping recruitment outcomes through expertise, insight and collaboration.

Key Accountabilities

What you’ll do:

• Use your relationship‑building skills to create and maintain trusted partnerships with hiring managers, delivering end‑to‑end recruitment services and advising on timelines, processes and outcomes
• Apply your consulting skills to lead vacancy consultations, agreeing role requirements, sourcing strategies, DEI considerations, pay ranges, timelines and selection processes
• Use your sourcing expertise to manage incoming applications and proactively build high‑quality candidate pipelines through multiple channels
• Apply your market insight to inform attraction strategies aligned to hiring demand and talent availability
• Use your judgement and influencing skills to recommend best‑fit skills profiles and coach hiring managers on market realities
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver a smooth and positive client and candidate experience from interview through to start date
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, educating and guiding them through the recruitment lifecycle, promoting best practices and ensuring consistent understanding and adoption of recruitment processes.
• Support hiring managers with decision‑making and guide them through offer definition and approval
• Manage the offer process and use your closing skills to secure candidate acceptance
• Apply your planning skills to proactively manage future demand by facilitating demand‑planning discussions with client resourcing leads
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance recruitment delivery and sharing insights with internal stakeholders
• Use your compliance awareness to ensure recruitment activity aligns with relevant legislation and internal risk management frameworks, escalating risks where appropriate.

What we need from you:

• Demonstrated ability in delivering end‑to‑end recruitment processes across multiple roles
