• Demonstrated ability to deliver end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles.
• Fluency in German, both written and spoken.
• Strong stakeholder and client relationship management within a recruitment environment.
• Ability to source via web sourcing, networking, advertising and database searching.
• Familiarity with the German talent market and its dynamics.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Strong consulting and influencing skills to shape hiring decisions.
• Experience recruiting within engineering or technical talent markets.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain trusted partnerships with hiring managers, delivering end-to-end recruitment services.
• Lead vacancy consultations, define role requirements, sourcing strategies, pay ranges and timelines.
• Manage applications and build high-quality candidate pipelines across channels.
• Inform attraction strategies aligned to hiring demand and talent availability.
• Coach hiring managers on market realities and best-fit skills profiles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth candidate experience from interview to start date.
• Guide hiring managers through offer definition and approval, and close candidates.
• Proactively plan future demand with client resourcing leads to manage pipeline health.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment delivery and share insights with stakeholders.
• Ensure recruitment activity complies with relevant legislation and internal risk controls.
