Job summary

TIENS Group is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support end-to-end import/export operations across Europe. You will manage customs, documentation, and coordination with warehouses, freight forwarders, and brokers to ensure timely deliveries.

You will work with Finance, Sales and Operations to resolve issues, monitor costs, and drive process improvements in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade or related field.
• 3–5 years hands-on import/export operations experience, preferably international.
• Experience with 3PL/4PL warehousing and WMS.
• Polish fluency with good English; German a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end import/export operations, including customs clearance and shipping docs.
• Liaise with 3PLs, freight forwarders, brokers, and providers for timely deliveries.
• Maintain import/export documentation per regulations and local laws.
• Support freight bookings and cost-efficient transportation.
• Monitor shipments and resolve delays to minimize disruptions.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments for inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Customer Service and Operations for orders.
• Track logistics costs and prepare regular KPI reports.
• Ensure cross-border compliance and regional logistics activities.
• Assist in logistics improvement projects and process optimization.
• Maintain audit-ready logistics records.
