Zusammenfassung

Vos Logistics invites an experienced Fleet Services Manager to lead a 6-person team across Romania, Poland and the Netherlands. You will oversee maintenance, inspections, and cost control while driving fleet efficiency and regulatory compliance.

You will negotiate with workshops and suppliers, monitor KPIs, and support purchasing new trucks and trailers. Strong English, travel readiness, and data skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in fleet management, preferably in international logistics or transport.
• Strong technical knowledge of heavy-duty trucks and trailers, including repair and maintenance.
• Experience in negotiating terms with suppliers, workshops and service partners.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written; other languages are a plus.
• Experience managing a distributed team across multiple countries.
• Data analysis skills and experience with fleet management systems; knowledge of Ultimo is a plus.
• Knowledge of European transport regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly between Romania, Poland and the Netherlands.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop a 6-person Fleet Services team across Romania, Poland and the Netherlands.
• Coordinate inspections, repairs, maintenance, and MOT tests for the fleet.
• Monitor KPIs on costs and equipment availability; drive improvement actions.
• Negotiate cooperation terms with workshops and suppliers across Europe; oversee contracts and warranties.
• Assist in purchasing new trucks and trailers; prepare technical data.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements; oversee documentation and permits; advise on regulatory changes.
• Coordinate introduction/withdrawal of equipment and data registration in Ultimo.
• Oversee recovery of damage costs and equipment return conditions.
