Job summary

BVI Medical is offering a 6-month Customer Service Internship in Kraków, Poland. The role supports customers and internal teams with day-to-day tasks while you learn how a customer service function operates in an international company.

We seek an active student with at least 1 year in customer service or admin support, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP/CRM systems. Fluent English and French are required for written communication.

Qualifications

• Active student status and ability to commit to 30+ hours per week.
• About 1 year of experience in customer service or administrative support (internships count).
• Fluency in English and French (minimum B1); French used mainly in written communication.

Responsibilities

• Support daily customer service activities such as order entry, invoicing, customer setup, stock allocations, credits, and data entry.
• Work with established processes and guidelines to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Learn new systems and tools used in a corporate environment.
