Qualifications

10+ years of Human Resources experience with leadership of multi-country delivery.
Bachelor's degree in HR; a Master’s degree or HR certification is preferred.
Experience with Workday and ServiceNow is a plus.

Responsibilities

Set strategic direction and oversee the regional HR delivery teams.
Manage capacity and resource strategy across clusters and functions.
Lead HR operations including onboarding, data management, and offboarding.
Act as senior account lead for HR business partners and Centers of Excellence.
Represent the region in global HR forums and report on service performance.
Drive automation and data-driven improvements using AI tools.
