Responsibilities

• Lead high-volume HR service operations with compliant, audit-ready execution and strong controls over systems administration.
• Translate strategic priorities into operational plans, governance structures, and operating rhythms.
• Oversee transition of work from COEIs into GCC HR Operations with standardized processes and clear service boundaries.
• Build and scale the GCC HR Operations model through leadership development and sustainable practices.
