Job summary

Takeda in Lodz, Poland, is seeking a People Experience Partner to join a regional HR delivery team. This Tier 2 role provides specialist people partnership support to assigned client groups, guiding leaders through complex people topics and standard processes with clear escalation when needed.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of progressive HR experience with strong generalist background.
• Experience in complex, matrixed organisations and shared-service or tiered HR models.
• Ability to manage Tier 2 people matters with clear escalation discipline.
• Experience with HR analytics, HRIS and AI-enabled tools for insights and decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication; willingness to travel regionally/globally.

Responsibilities

• Operate within the Tier 2 layer of the regional HR delivery model and coordinate with tiers to ensure proper handling and escalation.
• Provide people partnership support to assigned client groups and leaders within the region.
• Coach and advise leaders on complex people topics including ER, performance, talent, succession, learning, mobility, rewards, change, and organisation design.
• Work with cross-functional HR teams to implement agreed people initiatives and ensure joined-up support.
• Apply standard HR processes and help improve playbooks, tools, and ways of working across geographies.
• Champion self-service and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency while handling higher-value matters.
• Share insights from cases and needs to improve service quality and One HR adoption.
