Takeda in Lodz, Poland, seeks a Head of HR Service Operations to lead the HR delivery engine for scalable global operations. This role partners with COEI leaders and GCC site leadership to ensure dependable, efficient service delivery and governance across HR systems and processes.

You will drive transition planning, governance, and performance metrics while enhancing a scalable GCC HR Operations model. This position is full-time and based in Lodz.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in large-scale HR operations, global business services, or shared services environments.
• Experience building, scaling, or transforming GCC, captive center, or global delivery models.
• Strong governance and controls across HR operations, including data quality and audit readiness.

Responsabilités

• Lead high-volume HR service operations with accurate, compliant, and audit-ready execution and strong controls over systems administration.
• Partner with COEIs to translate strategic priorities into operational execution and establish governance structures and operating rhythms.
• Manage the transition of work from COEIs into GCC HR Operations through a structured program, standardizing and improving operations.
• Build and scale the GCC HR Operations model with sustainable team practices and leadership development.
