Job summary

Roche Diagnostics Polska sp. z o.o. is seeking a Regional Field Service Engineer for the Europe Implementation Team.

You will install CoreLab platforms, act as a knowledge expert, and ensure compliance across regions. The role requires travel across Europe and a strong technical background with IT and networking skills. We welcome graduates and candidates with 1–3 years of experience who are eager to grow a long-term career in Roche, while staying fluent in English and maintaining high service

Qualifications

• Full technical higher education in precision mechanics, electronics, IT or medical technology.
• 1–3 years experience welcomed; recent graduates encouraged.
• Fluent English, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex installations and release CoreLab platforms for customers.
• Serve as knowledge expert and transfer expertise across borders.
• Ensure regional service activities comply with quality procedures.
• Analyze and resolve most technical questions, escalating only the complex ones.
• Develop local reports and monitor costs of service activities.
• Manage installations for large projects with special requirements.
• Stay updated on service bulletins and Global Customer Support updates.
