Job summary

PerkinElmer is seeking a Commercial Operations Analyst – SIP Data & Support to join the GPP team. Based in Europe, the role provides data-focused support for Sales Incentive Plans (SIP) with cross-functional collaboration across SAP, Workday and the incentive platform. Hybrid model in Krakow with three days in office.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in data-focused operations, strong Excel and SQL skills, and experience with SFDC and automation tools. English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a data-focused role in sales operations, commercial operations, sales compensation, finance, or similar.
• Strong data analysis skills with large datasets from multiple systems; advanced Excel.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English; able to explain data to non-technical users.
• Based in Europe with ability to support EMEA business hours and occasional overlap with the Americas.

Responsibilities

• Provide SIP data support and backup for the end-to-end data process.
• Assist with data tickets, defects, reconciliations across SAP, Workday, and incentive platform.
• Run data quality checks ahead of quarterly close, calculation, and payout cycles.
• Support SFDC/CPQ users and related Commercial Operations projects as needed.
