Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in Kraków seeks a Sales Operations & Admin Analyst to enable strong commercial execution by connecting data, processes and cross-functional teams.

You will coordinate programs, support accounts, manage master data, produce reports and help improve processes in a fast-paced environment. Fluent English and strong Excel skills are required, with experience in ERP/CRM systems such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce or ServiceNow considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in commercial operations, sales operations, customer/account support, reporting, master data, marketing, or a similar environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data to insights.
• Advanced Excel and experience with reports, dashboards and business reviews; PowerBI is a plus.
• Experience with ERP/CRM/master data/workflow systems such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or ServiceNow.
• Strong organizational, prioritization and multi-tasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across functions and levels.
• Proactive, accountable, solution-oriented with accuracy and continuous improvement.
• Fluent English; additional languages (French, Turkish, German, Romanian) are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate commercial programs and activations with governance and timely execution.
• Support Sales and Key Account teams with day-to-day operations, including account administration and onboarding.
• Maintain and govern master data for customers, distributors, sales, and organization.
• Prepare and analyze reports, dashboards and performance data across customers and channels.
• Support selected commercial finance activities.
• Troubleshoot data, system and process issues and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales, KAM, Finance, Credit Control, Marketing and Procurement to resolve issues.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve data quality.
