PerkinElmer Kraków is hiring a Commercial Operations Analyst – SIP Data & Support. The hybrid role supports the SIP data process end-to-end, acting as a trained backup and providing timely responses for EMEA tickets. You will work with Salesforce, CPQ, automation, and data workflows to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Formación

• 4+ years in a data-focused role in sales or commercial operations.
• Strong data analysis using Excel/Power Query with large datasets.
• High attention to detail and ability to trace data to root cause.
• Fluent written and spoken English; able to explain data to non-technical users.
• Based in Europe and able to support EMEA hours.

Responsabilidades

• Learn end-to-end SIP data processes; backup for data steps during absences.
• Handle data tickets, discrepancies across SAP, Workday, and incentive platform.
• Run data quality checks ahead of quarterly closes, calculations, and payouts.
• Document SOPs and training materials for SIP data processes.
• Provide SIP participant support; triage tickets and escalate as needed.
• Assist with Salesforce CPQ users and related Commercial Ops projects.
