PerkinElmer Polska Sp. z o.o. in Krakow is seeking a Sales Incentives Analyst to join the GPP team. You will own the SIP data processes, learn end-to-end operations, and serve as the trained backup for data duties across SAP, Workday, and the incentive platform.

Based in Europe with a hybrid work model, you will support the EMEA region, handle data tickets, run data quality checks, and collaborate with Salesforce/CPQ users to drive accurate payout cycles.

Qualificações

• 4+ years in a data-focused role within sales/Commercial Operations.
• Strong data analysis and Excel skills.
• Experience with Salesforce, CPQ, automation, or process improvement is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Learn end-to-end SIP data process and backup responsibilities as needed.
• Assist with data tickets and discrepancies across SAP order/revenue data, Workday HR data, and the incentive platform.
• Run data quality checks ahead of quarterly close, calculation, and payout cycles.
• Support Salesforce/CPQ users and related Commercial Operations projects.
