Job summary

Securitas is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Partner to drive end-to-end recruitment for Business & IT roles across Europe. You will partner with managers, source candidates, conduct interviews and manage a strong candidate experience.

The role features a hybrid work model with 2 days in the Warsaw office, and an initial 5-month fixed-term contract. English is required; German/French are a plus, and AI tools curiosity is welcomed.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of end-to-end recruitment experience in international, complex matrix orgs.
• Experience in volume recruitment for white-collar roles (HR & Finance preferred).
• Proficient with direct search and candidate sourcing techniques.
• Familiar with social media recruitment, including LinkedIn.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for each role.
• Partner with hiring managers to build long-term relationships and advise on candidates and markets.
• Identify recruitment needs, set strategy and source high-quality candidates.
• Create and post openings on career sites, job boards, social media and internal channels.
• Proactively approach passive candidates via LinkedIn and other channels.
• Conduct screening calls and in-depth interviews via phone/video.
• Maintain positive candidate experience from application to feedback.
• Build partnerships with external agencies to ensure timely, quality hires.
• Drive employer branding initiatives, including events and social media activity.
• Identify process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency.
