Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking an eCommerce-focused professional to drive growth across EU distribution networks from Warsaw, Poland. You will lead programs with Amazon, aggregators and B2B platforms, collaborating with Marketing and Equity teams to create impactful, measurable consumer experiences.

You will leverage category knowledge, analytics, and strong communication to align strategy with distributors, optimize online sales, and report on performance.

Qualifications

• BA/MA Degree in Business Administration/Management, Marketing or similar.
• 3+ years of professional experience in commercial/marketing functions.
• 1+ years of experience in eCommerce, preferably in a consumer-packaged goods environment.
• Proven track record in FMCG, preferably EU.
• Experience in international roles and remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the eCommerce growth plan across EU distribution partners.
• Manage Amazon self-service interface daily to drive 1P across EU with data analysis and ROAS tracking.
• Develop selling programs related to category innovation, distribution, merchandising and promotions.
• Link Marketing with Equity to align strategies with distributor needs.
• Act as internal eCommerce expert and create actionable customer plans.
• Provide brand/category expertise and cross-functional support.
