Job summary

Douglas Group in Warsaw seeks an experienced eCommerce analyst/manager to align budgets and drive online store performance across the cluster. You will collaborate with leaders to implement the Group strategy and report on sales and KPIs.

You will prepare forecasts, analyze daily KPIs, and identify optimization opportunities, working with Performance Marketing, Supply Chain, and analytics tools to deliver measurable improvements. This role offers hybrid work and strong development opportunities.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a similar eCommerce/analytical role.
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to derive insights from data and propose actions.
Excellent communication and proactive approach under time pressure.
Very good command of English in a business environment.
Knowledge of e‑commerce analytics tools (GA, Adobe Analytics) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).

Responsibilities

Aligning the cluster eCommerce Leader on budgets and the commercial calendar.
Collaborating on Group strategy implementation and performance reporting.
Preparing materials for sales estimates, forecasts, and historical data analyses.
Analyzing daily KPI performance of the online store and reporting trends.
Identifying optimization opportunities by benchmarking against competitors.
Cooperating with Performance Marketing and Partner Program teams to execute the strategy and budget.
Liaising with Supply Chain to monitor forecasts and delivery lead times.
