Job summary

Royal Canin in Warsaw invites a Junior e-Key Account Manager (f/m/x) to support the growth of our e-commerce business across Poland. You will work in a hybrid model, collaborating with e-commerce, marketing, and category teams to optimize relationships with online retailers and deliver business plans.

You should have sales and negotiation experience, strong analytical skills, Polish and English fluency, and a university degree. A driving license and e-commerce exposure are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and commercial negotiations.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships while driving customer growth.
• Strong customer focus and a results-oriented mindset.
• Analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluency in Polish and English for international business communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Excel/PowerPoint; Power BI advantageous.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with diverse stakeholders.
• University degree in Business/Marketing/Economics or related field.
• Valid Category B driving license.
• Experience with e-commerce customers or channel knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop long-term relationships with key e-commerce customers in Poland.
• Execute Royal Canin’s sales strategy and deliver KPIs.
• Prepare, implement, and monitor business plans for assigned customers.
• Own sales performance, forecasting, and contribute to S&OP+ process.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and partners.
• Analyze sales data and provide insights and reports.
• Lead commercial negotiations and agree terms with customers.
• Plan and execute promotions and activations with responsible investment management.
• Collaborate with e-commerce, marketing, and category teams.
• Implement the Perfect Digital Store strategy with joint business plans.
• Ensure compliance with Royal Canin policies and ways of working.
