Job summary

Comfrt is building a new TikTok Shop Live Manager role to own revenue growth, storytelling, and operational excellence for our live streaming channel. You will lead collaboration with creators and an agency, shape the content strategy, and drive profitability across campaigns and seasonal promotions.

You will orchestrate multi-team alignment, optimize performance, and develop a scalable playbook to transform viewers into buyers as Comfrt expands its social commerce presence.

Qualifications

• 3 to 4 years of proven experience managing or operating live streams or equivalent short-form commerce livestreams
• Deep understanding of live commerce mechanics, algorithms, and creator dynamics
• Track record of driving revenue growth through live streaming
• Experience coordinating across multiple TikTok Shop handles and promotional efforts

Responsibilities

• Define strategic direction and growth targets for TikTok Shop live streams
• Coordinate with LIVE agency partners for smooth execution of livestreams
• Schedule, coordinate, and provide creative direction for live broadcasts
• Develop content strategy and storytelling to convert viewers into buyers
• Analyze performance, identify what works, and scale it
• Build and track KPIs to ensure profitability and growth
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Commerce, Operations, and Merchandise
• Manage agency partnerships and set expectations with performance measures
• Build and refine the playbook for TikTok Shop Live at Comfrt
