Roche is seeking a Principal Enterprise Architect in Warsaw to provide strategic architectural oversight across cross‑domain contexts. You will guide data‑driven portfolio management, define target architectures for RDT as a business, and lead governance across Informatics and beyond.

Expect to drive complex cross‑functional initiatives, manage technical debt, and influence senior stakeholders while leveraging ArchiMEDES, ServiceNow, and SAP LeanIX in a fast‑paced, globally connected environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 7–10+ years of architectural oversight.
• Experience guiding cross‑functional issues and governance in a matrix environment.
• Proven leadership in architecture communities and aligning targets with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Define target‑state architectures and capability models for RDT's internal operations.
• Support Operating Model evolution and data‑driven portfolio management across domains.
• Lead architecture governance and provide clear guidelines to enable delivery speed.
• Act as architectural lead for cross‑domain initiatives with cohesive target architectures.
• Manage technical debt and simplify the application landscape to prevent future complexity.
• Provide architectural insights to leadership using ArchiMEDES.
