Job summary

Roche Digital Technology (RDT) in Poland seeks an IT Processes & Operations Improvement and Implementation Specialist to lead medium-to-large, process- and technology-driven initiatives. You will define scope, drive optimization, embed governance, and leverage data and AI to improve operational efficiency.

Hybrid work requires in-office presence about two days weekly. You will collaborate with Finance, P&C, Procurement, and other domains to ensure high-quality delivery and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Proven track record operating in a delivery management archetype managing medium to large tech projects.
• Experience driving initiatives end-to-end from strategy to scalable operations.
• Hands-on process mapping, optimization and governance.

Responsibilities

• Define and control scope and delivery of medium-to-large initiatives.
• Lead continuous process optimization and governance embedding.
• Leverage data and AI to augment and automate processes.
• Partner with stakeholders across IT and business domains to ensure alignment.
