Roche is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to provide architectural oversight and strategic guidance across cross-domain initiatives within the Informatics domain (RDT). You will shape target-state architectures, landscape and data models while partnering with leadership to drive architecture as a strategic business capability.

In this role you will lead governance, enable cross-domain alignment, manage technical debt, and steer large, matrixed teams toward data-driven delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with 7-10+ years of architectural oversight.
• Experience guiding others in resolving highly complex cross-functional issues.
• Proven track record as a leader in the architecture community.

Responsibilities

• Define target-state architectures and capability models for RDT's internal operations.
• Support operating model evolution and data-driven portfolio management.
• Lead architecture governance and enable cross-domain alignment.
• Guide matrixed teams in resolving cross-functional issues.
• Manage technical debt and simplify the application landscape.
• Promote data-driven transparency using the ArchiMEDES toolchain.
