Job summary

Roche is seeking a Senior ERP Solution Architect to design and evolve enterprise ERP landscapes across complex product ecosystems. You will lead technical teams, define data models and integration pathways, and align architecture with business priorities and standards.

You will also drive governance, manage non-functional requirements, and engage stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and modernization of ERP capabilities. Petaling Jaya is the primary location for posting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
7+ years of experience designing and implementing business-driven, standards-based ERP solutions.
Experience leading technical teams to solve complex architectural problems.
In-depth knowledge across multiple ERP technology areas and integration platforms.

Responsibilities

Design robust, standards-based ERP solutions across complex multi-product environments.
Lead technical teams to solve architectural problems with analytical rigor and creative thinking.
Maintain the vision and roadmap for multiple ERP solutions and assess impact and risk.
Define data models, taxonomies, and integration pathways across the product ecosystem.
Establish reference architectures, manage NFRs, and document ADRs and governance.
