Job summary

Roche Digital Technology (RDT) in Warsaw is seeking an IT Solution Architect for Medical Affairs. You will design business-driven, future-ready solutions and guide architectural decisions within the Pharma space, engaging with stakeholders to align roadmaps and product goals.

Bring 3+ years of architecture experience, strong data modeling skills, and familiarity with cloud platforms, Veeva, and Salesforce to drive digital transformation across Medical Affairs and External Stakeholder Engagement.

Qualifications

3+ years of Solution Architect experience.
Experience designing business-driven, standards-based, future-ready solutions within a specific solution context.
Preferably, with some experience in Pharma R&D or Pharma Commercial.
Experience maintaining the vision, roadmap, and current landscape for technical solutions, and assessing the impacts of initiatives on risk and application landscapes

Responsibilities

Design solutions that meet product requirements, business priorities, and enterprise standards within a specific Solution Context.
Manage Non-Functional Requirements (NFR) and fitness functions; document and evolve architecture throughout the product life cycle.
Maintain the vision, roadmap, and current landscape for the solution; assess impacts on capabilities, risk, and application landscape.
Create Conceptual & Logical Data Models, Taxonomies, and Ontologies for the solution and interfaces.
Define and drive reference architectures, patterns, and ensure ADRs are recorded.
