Job summary

Requirements include 2+ years in application/support roles, basic ERP knowledge (e.g., Dynamics 365 or SAP), strong problem-solving and communication skills, and English proficiency for international collaboration.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle user requests and incidents for ERP systems.
• Investigate and resolve common application issues.
• Log, update and monitor support tickets.
• Escalate complex issues to higher support levels.
• Assist users daily with business systems.
• Verify that applications and processes run as expected.
• Collaborate with business users and IT teams internationally.
