Job summary

Headcount Solutions Sp. z o.o. seeks an ERP Analyst with Dynamics AX2009 expertise to act as SME for ERP systems. You will manage run and change activities, and provide 1st to 3rd line support for ERP and related applications within the service catalogue.

The role emphasizes adherence to IT policies, change control, and user access management, with broad responsibilities across projects and BAU. Travel to EU countries is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems, especially Dynamics AX2009.
• Experience in run and change on ERP systems.
• Experience in 1st/2nd/3rd level support for ERP and related applications.
• Willingness to travel to EU countries.

Responsibilities

• Be SME on existing ERP Systems (Dynamics AX09).
• Manage run and change on ERP System.
• Provide 1st Level Help Desk support for ERP and related applications.
• Provide 2nd/3rd level troubleshooting and resolutions.
• Escalate to third-party vendors when needed.
• Create, update and close tickets for ERP related run and change.

ERP Analyst (Dynamics AX2009)

The ERP Analyst core responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Being a Subject Matter expert on the existing ERP Systems (Dynamics AX09)
• Managing both run and change on the ERP System
• 1st Level Support - Respond and resolve help desk request related to the ERP system and other applications as per the Service Catalogue
• 2nd Level – Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests
• 3rd Level – Where certain domain knowledge is available – resolve run and change requests and issues
• Third party vendor relationship management and escalation
• Creation, update and closure of Tickets for run and change related to ERP and associated applications the person is responsible for

The role requires adherence to the IT Manual and ensure its enforcement and compliance where applicable – notably Project Management, Change Control and User access management.

Note – this is a broad role and the purpose above is indicative as opposed to prescriptive.

Key Result Areas:

• Work with the business so that the ERP System(s) is supported
• Tickets are resolved in a timely manner
• Ensure the IT Manual is enforced and complied with
• Support the Business for BAU – Run and Change
• Support business transformation and alignment activities
• Highlight any application and process issues to manager so that issues may be addressed and appropriate action taken
• Work with the IT Team and the business to ensure that the ERP system(s) meets published SLAs
• Work with the IT Team, the business and project teams to ensure that all assigned projects are successfully delivered on time and within budget
