ASBIS is seeking a detail-oriented ERP support and business analysis professional to diagnose incidents, analyze system behavior, and translate business needs into clear technical requirements for the development team.

You will provide first-line ERP support, resolve issues where possible, document recurring problems, test fixes, and collaborate with global teams to improve ERP processes and overall system efficiency.

The position involves diagnosing incidents, analyzing system behavior, and translating business needs into clear requirements for the development team.

About the position:

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to provide first-line and ongoing support for our ERP system users. This role focuses on diagnosing incidents, resolving issues independently where possible, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operation of the ERP system for the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support for ERP system users.
• Diagnose system errors, incidents, and non-standard operational cases.
• Independently resolve system issues where possible without development involvement.
• Escalate complex cases with clear descriptions to the analyst/development team.
• Assist in testing bug fixes and newly implemented functionality.
• Document recurring issues, solutions, and system changes.
• Flag potential improvements to business processes and ERP system efficiency.

Requirements:

• Experience working with ERP systems (support, implementation, or administration).
• Basic understanding of key business processes: finance, sales, logistics, procurement, or operations.
• Strong analytical mindset and a structured approach to troubleshooting.
• Ability to identify root causes of issues, not just symptoms.
• Ability to structure information clearly when escalating or documenting issues.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and a methodical working style.
