Job summary

KK Group seeks a Senior Lead - IT Applications (ERP) to support and enhance its Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment across a global business landscape. You will engage with users, drive process improvements, and collaborate with stakeholders in multiple countries.

You can work remotely or from the Szczecin city center, participating in ERP projects, delivering documentation and training, and ensuring smooth operations for finance modules and related ERP processes.

Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced Senior Lead - IT Applications (ERP) to support and enhance our Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) environment across a global business landscape. This role combines ERP support, user engagement, process improvement, and collaboration with stakeholders across different countries and functions.

What you will do

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with ERP systems
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) is required, especially Finance modules
• Solid understanding of ERP processes and business operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience supporting global users and international teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Experience with ERP implementations, upgrades, or transformation projects
• Knowledge of finance processes and ERP finance modules is highly appreciated
• Ability to work independently and effectively cooperate with business stakeholders, IT teams and external vendors
• Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset

Nice to have

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or production environments
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field
