Job summary

Aon plc in Poland is hiring a Tech Support Engineer to resolve complex technical issues for enterprise clients. You will investigate problems using SQL, REST APIs, Azure tools and logs, and communicate clearly with business users and IT teams.

The role is hybrid, based in Poland, with flexibility to work virtually or from an office, aligning with local policy. Collaborate with ATS integration, QA and engineering teams and apply AI tools to ease investigations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in technical support or SaaS enterprise environment.
• Strong SQL skills and REST API troubleshooting.
• Analytical, methodical problem solving and root-cause focus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for varied audiences.
• Diagnostic understanding of C#/.NET applications and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve technical issues using SQL, REST APIs and logs.
• Handle support tickets from investigation to resolution with updates.
• Communicate effectively with enterprise customers and IT teams.
• Collaborate with support leads, integrations, QA and engineering.
• Document solutions and share knowledge, leveraging AI tools.
